Fun in surgery

Surgery on the NENE, this guy came in with a broken leg after being hit by a golf ball,  this was not the birdie the golfer was looking. The Nene is the an endangered species, native to Hawaii.

This fellow came into us from Three Ring Ranch Hawaii's only fully-accredited, USDA licensed, exotic animal sanctuary.
